Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your dress. We are happy to accept your return as long as you contact us and ship the dress back within three business days of you receiving your dress. Please go to our Contact page and fill out the form for the reason for your return. If you need a different size or color, please contact us immediately, and please allow an additional 3-5 weeks for your new dress to arrive.

Once we receive your return, we will quickly exchange, or credit the refund back to the original payment method. There is a 15% restocking fee that will be subtracted from your refund. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please note: Purchases for dresses with custom measurements or any alterations made to your wedding dress can not be returned nor will a refund be issued. Also dresses with stains, makeup, tears/holes, pet hair, etc. will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.


Because we have minimal space to hold multiple sizes of every style/color, we ask that you give yourself plenty of time to receive your dress. We recommend that you give yourself 2 months from when the order is placed in case there are any shipping delays. If you need it expedited, please contact us as soon as possible. *If you want to add your wedding date to your order, that would be helpful!


Orders will be processed within 1 - 2 business days. Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

We will try our very best to package the dress as carefully as we can, but wrinkles can happen! Plan time to have them dry-cleaned to bring them to their full beauty!

Before Buying the Dress


Please have your measurements taken by a professional seamstress before placing your order. These measurements will help you figure out which dress size you are closest to or we can use the measurements you provide us.


Alterations are very common with any dress purchase that you want to fit perfectly. We'd be happy to provide you with a list of local seamstresses in the Rexburg, ID area. The bride can request alterations or customizations within the first 5 days of when the order is placed. After those 5 days, the bride is responsible for any/all alterations. B&H Bridal is not financially responsible for any alterations requested after 5 days.
