SHIPPING & RETURNS
If you are local to Rexburg, Idaho, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange pickup.
Orders will be processed within 1 - 2 business days. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks to receive your order.
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact me immediately at email@example.com. I will not be able to make changes to your order after it is shipped.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns. You can return the dress in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving the dress. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items and regular sized items may be refunded. Sale items and customized dresses are non-refundable.
Buyer will pay the return shipping cost.
